145.20 LABOR ORGANIZATION MEMBERSHIP.

The Chief of Fire, the Assistant Chief of Fire and the Captains of the Division of Fire shall be considered management employees of the City and are not permitted to be members of a labor organization that represents the firefighters that they manage.
