145.19 ELIGIBILITY FOR APPOINTMENT.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Ohio R.C. 124.42, a person who has reached the age of eighteen but who has not yet reached the age of seventy, and who otherwise meets the normal qualification requirements, shall be eligible to receive an original appointment in the Division of Fire.
