145.015 ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS OF THE CHIEF OF FIRE AND THE ASSISTANT CHIEF OF FIRE.

With the exception of Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund Contributions, the Chief of Fire and the Assistant Chief of Fire shall receive the same benefits provided to the Chief of Police and Deputy Chief of Police, as set forth in Parma Codified Ordinance Section 143.015, as that section may from time to time be modified or amended. Pension contributions shall be made in accordance with the applicable state law.
