§ 1034.23 CHARGES AND FEES.

   One of the purposes of these rules and regulations is to provide for the recovery of cost from users of the village's waste water treatment system for the implementation of the program established in this chapter. The applicable charges or fees shall be set forth in the village's schedule of charges and fees. The village may adopt charges and fees which may include:

   (a)   Fees for reimbursement of the costs of setting up and operating the village's pretreatment program;

   (b)   Fees for monitoring, inspection and surveillance procedures;

   (c)   Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction;

   (d)   Fees for permit applications;

   (e)   Fees for filing appeals;

   (f)   Fees for consistent removal by the village of pollutants otherwise subject to Federal pretreatment standards; and

   (g)   Other fees as the village may deem necessary to carry out the requirements contained in Chapters 1030 through 1036.

    These fees relate solely to the matters covered by this chapter and are separate from all other fees chargeable by the village.
