§ 1030.36 DETERMINATION AND PAYMENT OF FINES.

   (a)   All fines and penalties for citations may be determined by the village and paid at the office of the Village Clerk.

   (b)   All fines collected for violations of the provisions of Chapters 1030 through 1036 shall be collected by the Clerk of Courts, paid to the Village Treasurer and credited to the Sewer Revenue Fund.
