Sec. 10A-55. Limitation of powers.

   Neither the TTAC nor any member thereof may incur city expenses or obligate the city in any way without prior authorization from the mayor and council.

Sec. 10A-56. Sunset clause.

   Tucson Code Section 10A-139(b)(1)'s presumptive two (2) year sunset date does not apply to the TTAC. The TTAC shall cease to exist forty-eight (48) months after the effective date of this ordinance. The term of the TTAC may be extended by an ordinance of the mayor and council.

Sec. 10A-75. Creation.

There is hereby established an entity to be called the "commission on disability issues."
