   The prima facie speed limit on Tavern Road from the north line of South Grade Road northerly to the south line of Arnold Way is hereby decreased to and established at 40 miles per hour.

SEC. 72.169.88.1. ALPINE.

   The prima facie speed limit on Tavern Road from the north line of Arnold Way northerly to the south line of Victoria Park Terrace is hereby decreased and established at 35 miles per hour.

SEC. 72.169.89. DESCANSO.

   (Variable Limit) The prima facie speed limit on Sunrise Highway (County Road J31-A and J37) between the north line of State Highway 80 and a point located 2,600 feet north of the north line of County Road J31-B is hereby decreased to and established at 40, 35, 30 or 25 miles per hour, whichever is found by the County Engineer or his designated representative to be most appropriate and is reasonable and safe based on the prevailing snow or ice conditions upon said portion of Sunrise Highway. Signs may be placed and removed as the snow and ice conditions vary.

SEC. 72.169.9. DESCANSO.

   The prima facie speed limit on Sunrise Highway (County Road J31) between the Mount Laguna School and the main access road to the Mount Laguna Air Force Station is hereby decreased to and established at 40 miles per hour.

SEC. 72.169.9.1. DESCANSO.

   The prima facie speed limit on Riverside Drive (County Road E-11)/Viejas Boulevard (County Road E37-1) from its southerly intersection with SR-79 northerly to its northerly intersection with SR-79 is hereby decreased to and established at 40 miles per hour.

   The prima facie speed limit on Viejas Grade from the west line of Viejas Boulevard/Riverside Drive westerly to the east line of Anderson Ranch Road is hereby decreased to and established at 35 miles per hour.

   The prima facie speed limit on Alpine Boulevard from the east line of Tavern Road easterly to a point 500 feet east of the east line of Marshall Road is hereby decreased to and established at 35 miles per hour.
