   The prima facie speed limit on Granite Hills Drive from the northerly line of Lexington Street (County Road F 8) north to the El Cajon City Limits is hereby decreased to and established at 40 miles per hour.

SEC. 72.169.31. EL CAJON.

   The prima facie speed limit on Granite Hills Drive from the easterly limits of the City of El Cajon in the vicinity of Third Street (City Street) east to the westerly limits of the City of El Cajon in the vicinity of Wicheta Avenue (City Street) is decreased to and established at 35 miles per hour.
