SEC. 72.166.1. LAKE MORENA.

   The prima facie speed limit on that portion of Lake Morena Drive from a point 1200 feet south of Mulchan Drive northerly to the entrance to Lake Morena Park is hereby decreased to and established at 35 miles per hour, except for that portion that is a designated business or residence district.

SEC. 72.166.2. LAKE MORENA.

   The prima facie speed limit on that portion of Oak Drive from Buckman Springs Road westerly to a point 1,200 feet east of White Goose Road is hereby decreased to and established at 50 miles per hour.

SEC. 72.167. LINCOLN ACRES.

   The prima facie speed limit on Euclid Avenue from the National City Limit near Sweetwater Road (city street) northerly to the National City Limit near 24th Street (city street) is hereby decreased to and established at 45 miles per hour.

SEC. 72.167.5. LA PRESA.

   The prima facie speed on Paradise Valley Road (County Road D 20) from the easterly limits of the City of San Diego easterly to the west line of Elkelton Boulevard is hereby decreased to and established at 45 miles per hour.
