SEC. 72.160.10. SPRING VALLEY.
The prima facie speed limit on Austin Drive from the east line of Sweetwater Springs Boulevard to the west line of Calavo Drive is hereby decreased to and established at 40 miles per hour.

The prima facie speed limit on Third Street/Old Julian Highway (County Road E36) from the south line of SH-78 to a point 2700 feet east of the east line of Keyes Road is hereby decreased to and established at 45 miles per hour.

The prima facie speed limit on Ash Street from SR-78 westerly to End of County-maintenance (a distance of 0.75 miles) is hereby decreased to and established at 40 miles per hour.
