It shall be deemed a commercial use and unlawful to rent or lease any dwelling or portion thereof located within any forestry or residential zones listed in chapter 13.11 of this title for lodging or accommodation purposes for a period less than thirty (30) consecutive days except as specifically allowed in the R-2-8, R-2-10, and R-M zones.
