(a) It shall be unlawful to access the AOA of an airport without expressed approval from the airport or be under escort by an authorized entity. Gate codes and access cards are specific to individuals and are non-transferable.
(b) It shall be unlawful to follow a vehicle through a gate or "piggyback" to gain entry to the AOA without the use of a gate code or access card or to allow "piggybacking" to occur. A violation of this section shall result in a fine of up to $500. Addition ally, at the discretion of the director, a violation of this section may result in the revocation of AOA access privileges.
