(a) Fire extinguishing equipment shall be provided in conformity with the provisions of Fire Prevention and Building Codes deemed necessary by the Fire Chief.
(b) All buildings and parts of buildings used for manufacturing pyroxylin plastic or for storing pyroxylin plastic in process of manufacture, or except as provided in Section 385.63, used for storing more than fifty (50) pounds of pyroxylin plastic in one (1) fire area, shall be equipped with approved automatic fire extinguishing equipment.
(c) In all manufacturing rooms at least one (1) fire pail, kept continuously full of water, shall be provided for every two (2) persons engaged in manufacturing articles from pyroxylin plastic.
