§ 385.53 Buildings for Manufacture
   (a)   No building or part of a building shall be used for the manufacture of pyroxylin plastic products when such building is located within fifty (50) feet of the nearest wall of any building occupied as a school, theater or other place of public assembly or amusement, or occupied as a dwelling house or multiple dwelling.
   (b)   Every building and part of a building used for the manufacture of pyroxylin plastic products shall be classified as high hazard occupancy.
   (c)   Every building and part of a building used for manufacturing pyroxylin plastic products shall be equipped with approved automatic sprinklers.
   (d)   All artificial lighting in connection with pyroxylin plastic manufacture shall be by electricity and all electrical installations shall conform to the applicable provisions of Chapter 3161.
   (e)   No building or part of a building used for manufacturing articles of pyroxylin plastic shall house manufacturing processes or storage involving flammable liquid, combustible fiber or other fiber or other fire-hazardous substance not necessary for the manufacture of the pyroxylin plastic articles, unless separated from the space used for manufacturing articles of pyroxylin plastic by an unpierced three (3) hour occupancy separation.
