   This Twelfth Edition of The Philadelphia Code includes all ordinances passed by Council through the end of its 2016-2019 term and is current through March 1, 2020.
   The Twelfth Edition returns to the practice of a comprehensive new edition every four years, with cumulative supplements every year between editions. All previous editions and supplements should be discarded.
   This edition is published in four volumes. Users of the Code should refer to these volumes and any future cumulative supplements for the most up-to-date printed Code available.
