   Added, Bill No. 150670 (approved December 23, 2015). Section 2 of Bill No. 150670 provides: "To fulfill the requirements of 75 Pa. C.S. § 1935, the Chief Clerk shall send a signed and attested copy of this Ordinance to Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, Deputy Secretary for Planning, 400 North Street, Keystone Building, 8th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120-0041." Section 3 of Bill No. 150670 provides: "This Ordinance shall take effect ninety (90) days after the notification in Section 2 has been given."
