   Repealed, Bill No. 960588-A (approved March 26, 1997). This Title 5, which had been based on 1994 Ordinances, p. 930, as amended, was further amended and incorporated into Title 4 as Subcode "F" (The Philadelphia Fire Prevention Code) by Bill No. 960588-A.
