   Repealed, Bill No. 960590-A (approved March 26, 1997). This Title 4.1, which had been based on 1964 Ordinances, p. 1262, as amended, was repealed and replaced with Title 4, Subcode "E" (The Philadelphia Electrical Code) by Bill No. 960590-A.
