§ PM-1. The International Property Maintenance Code, with certain deletions and additions, as set forth in § PM-4, is hereby adopted as the Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code. 334

§ PM-3. Throughout § PM-4, references to "International" codes or "ICC" codes shall be deemed to refer to the "Philadelphia" codes of the same name.
§ PM-4. Text of the Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code:



   Added, Bill No. 960587-A (approved March 26, 1997). This Subcode "PM" repealed and replaced in its entirety previous Title 4.2, which was based on 1981 Ordinances, p. 1258, as amended, and Title 7, which was based on 1954 Ordinances, p. 516, as amended. Amended, Bill No. 030774 (approved December 31, 2003).
   Subcode PM was repealed and replaced by Bill No. 120647 (approved January 20, 2014). Bill No. 120647 was effective July 1, 2015. See Bill No. 140894 (approved December 19, 2014).
   Subcode PM was further amended, and its substantive provisions replaced in their entirety, by Bill No. 140856 ( approved December 19, 2014), effective July 1, 2015. Section 11 of Bill No. 140856 provides: "This Ordinance shall take effect upon the effective date of Bill No. 120647 (approved January 20, 2014). This Ordinance shall supersede § PM-4 of the Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code as adopted by Bill No. 120647 (approved January 20, 2014), and shall supersede any other ordinance that amended § PM-4 of the Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code as adopted by Bill No. 120647."
