   Added, Bill No. 190106-A (approved December 30, 2019), effective January 1, 2021. Enrolled bill numbered this as Chapter 9-4500; renumbered by Code editor. Section 4 of Bill No. 190106-A provides: "This Ordinance shall be effective January 1, 2021. The provisions of [Chapter 9-4800] shall apply only with respect to a lease or the renewal of a lease entered into after the effective date of this Ordinance."
