   Added, Bill No. 990181 (approved June 1, 1999). Section 2 of the bill provides: "The provisions of this Ordinance shall take effect immediately and shall apply to any Tax Increment Financing District established prior to, on and after the effective date of this Ordinance, and the reporting requirements of Section 21-1402 of the Code as added by Section 1 shall apply to the full term of any Tax Increment Financing District including any years for which such District has been in existence prior to the date this Ordinance becomes law."
