   Added, Bill No. 060226-AA (approved May 23, 2007). Section 2 of Bill No. 060226-AA provides: "Effective date. This Ordinance shall be effective with respect to all approvals by Council and all bid specifications issued ninety days after the Ordinance becomes law."
