   Repealed, Bill No. 960587-A (approved March 26, 1997). This Title 4.2, which had been based on 1981 Ordinances, p. 1258, as amended, was repealed and replaced with Title 4, Subcode "PM" (The Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code) by Bill No. 960587-A.
