   Added, Bill No. 100254 (approved June 1, 2010). Enrolled bill read "Chapter 19-3600" in error; Chapter caption and all included Section numbers changed by the Code editor to conform to Chapter 19-3700. Section 2 of Bill No. 100254 provides: "This Ordinance shall be effective July 1, 2010, and shall apply in addition to any other applicable tax, including any tax under Chapter 19-2600 of The Philadelphia Code."
