Rental Contract -
Marc had an example, looked good - before it goes to the Solicitor for review some questions will need to be answered.
- Security Deposit
- Cleaning - Contract D-Team - so the amount can be added to fee or to make sure security deposit covers that cost.
- Since we have an Ice Cooler left from Bi - Lo we will check into a service to keep it full and charge per bag used during events.
Fee - For this type of facility, no less than $400.00 and can go up to $675.00. The committee decided to stick with a base price of $400.00 for the big room and a security deposit of $125.00 ( the security deposit will be refunded if the room, restrooms and kitchen are all cleaned of personal supplies and garbage and that no damage has occurred.)
Smoking - After some discussion, we decided to look into a smoking lounge. It could possibly possibly be built in the storage area. Question - Is it a liability?
Sound System - Nothing new - got a name from Dan to ask what we need for a nice system.
Release Form - Solicitor has a form and is reviewing it.
Equipment - The Committee went from room to room to make sure we had furnishings for all rooms.
Tables and Chairs - We got another quote form Ashtabula Office Supply, which is about $8,000 less that the other bid.
Mirror for Aerobics Room - A gentleman from the County could build a mirror for around $200.
Pool Table - Nothing yet.
Weight Room Bench - Nothing was in the contract, so we will need to purchase something to sit on for this area.
Organ - Check with Savarice for rollers.
