JOINT CEMETERY MEETING

The meeting of the Joint Cemetery meeting was called into session by President Pro-tem Judy Maloney
Roll call: Brabender, Fertig, Hoyson, Maloney, Thompson, Martha Demshar, Charlene Kusar, John Wayman, Sr.
Motion by Thompson to appoint Maloney as chairperson of the Joint Oakdale Cemetery Board meeting

Motion by Fertig to approve the minutes of the May 2, 2005 meeting

Roll: All yea; motion carried
Motion by Thompson to accept Scott Treen’s resignation from the Oakdale Cemetery Board, effective December 31, 2005.

Roll: All yea; motion carried.
Motion by Demshar to approve Mayor Bragga’s recommendation to appoint Gary Helfer to the Oakdale Cemetery Board to fill Scott Treens’ un-expired term (December 31, 2006).

The next Joint Cemetery Board meeting will be held on Monday, May 1, 2006.
Motion by Thompson to adjourn Joint Cemetery meeting at 8:35 p.m.
