§ 254.09 AUTHORITY TO OPEN SAFE DEPOSIT BOX.

   (a)   Two officials of the village shall be present whenever the safe deposit box is opened.

   (b)   Any two of the following officials are hereby authorized to open the safe deposit box:

      (1)   The Clerk-Treasurer;

      (2)   The Administrator;

      (3)   The Mayor; or

      (4)   The Solicitor.
