Whenever upon inspection of any premises that has been granted a short-term rental permit the Zoning Inspector finds that conditions or practices exist which are in violation of any provision of this chapter and/or the Zoning Code, the Zoning Inspector shall give notice in writing to the operator of the short-term rental that unless such conditions or practices are corrected within a reasonable period of time to be determined by the Zoning Inspector, the operator's short-term rental permit will be suspended. At the end of such period the Zoning Inspector shall reinspect the short-term rental premises and if he/she finds that such conditions or practices have not been corrected, he/she shall give notice in writing that the short-term rental permit has been suspended.
