§ 890.50 TAX ADMINISTRATOR’S BOND.

The Village Tax Administrator shall give a bond in the amount of $35,000, the premium for which shall be paid by the municipality. The condition of such bond shall be that the Village Tax Administrator shall well, truly, and faithfully discharge such duties as are required by law.
