§ 1066.02 CONTROL OF JEFFERSON VILLAGE - JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP JOINT UNION CEMETERY DISTRICT.

In accordance with the Ohio Revised Code, control of the Jefferson Village - Jefferson Township Joint Union Cemetery District shall be exercised by a joint board made up of the members of the Council of the Village of Jefferson and the Trustees of the Township of Jefferson.
