§ 1066.01 JEFFERSON VILLAGE - JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP JOINT UNION CEMETERY DISTRICT.

The Village joined with the Township of Jefferson on May 7, 1990 to form a Joint Cemetery District known as Jefferson Village - Jefferson Township Joint Union Cemetery District pursuant to statutory authority contained in R.C. Ch. 759 for the purpose of funding and managing the Oakdale Union Cemetery.
