§ 1030.16 SEWER IMPROVEMENT FUND.

   (a)   Any income derived from the investment of funds in the Sewer Improvement Fund shall be retained in such Sewer Improvement Fund.

   (b)   Any income that has been earned prior to the passage of Resolution 1059 (July 20, 1970) and that has been retained in the Sewer Improvement Fund shall remain in such Fund and such disposition is hereby ratified.
