§ 1030.02 TYPES OF ACCOUNTS.

   All accounts are continuous and shall be billed and paid monthly. All accounts shall be divided into categories as follows:

   (a)   Domestic;

   (b)   Commercial;

   (c)   Industrial; and

   (d)   Governmental/institutional.
