(a) Persons using the greens shall observe all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations pertaining to the public greens, and will do so at their own risk.
(b) Camping is not permitted on village greens.
(c) A pet shall not be allowed to cause a nuisance.
(d) Village greens shall not be used for illegal purposes. No person shall suffer or commit any nuisance on these premises, nor use these premises in any way, or for any purpose that may endanger the health, or disturb the peace and quiet of other persons.
(e) Selling, vending, peddling and distributing of any merchandise or property, and the placing or distributing of advertising matter, literature, or other printed matter on village property without the issuance of a permit by the Administrator, including any conditions, is prohibited.
(f) No person shall overtly and publicly consume or display the presence of any beer or intoxicating liquor as defined in R.C. § 4301.01 in any area of the village greens, tree lawns and parks; unless attending an event held thereon the sponsors of which have obtained the proper liquor permit from the Ohio Division of Liquor Control and the approval of Village Council. No person under the influence of alcohol shall enter or remain on these public properties.
(g) No person shall possess, use, or consume a drug of abuse as defined in R.C. § 3719.011, in or on these public properties.
