§ 896.01 ENTIRE VILLAGE AS ZONE.

(a) Council hereby authorizes the Board of County Commissioners of Ashtabula County, Ohio, to include the entire Village of Jefferson, Ohio, in an enterprise zone.

(b) Council hereby authorizes the Board of County Commissioners of Ashtabula County, Ohio, to include this section in the petition to the Director of Development of the State of Ohio.
