§ 824.05 JUVENILES IN GAME ROOMS; DISPLAY OF CURFEW LAW.
   (a)   No person under 18 years of age shall operate a mechanical or electrical amusement device before 2:30 p.m. on school days, unless accompanied by that person's parent or legal guardian. The owner shall determine if, in fact, school is in session for the individual operating or wishing to operate such device.
   (b)   The owner shall prominently display in his or her place of business the curfew law of the village (§ 648.11). The owner shall ascertain if his or her patrons are violating such curfew law and, if so, eject them from the establishment.
