(a) The position of senior transportation driver is hereby established.
(b) The senior transportation driver shall be responsible for transporting senior citizens to and from the Jefferson Community Recreation Center on a daily basis and for providing transportation to senior citizens for medical, banking, shopping, or other approved trips and appointments. The senior transportation driver shall also perform such other duties as are more specifically described in the job description for this position.
(c) The senior transportation driver shall operate under the direct supervision and control of the Supervisor of Recreation, Parks and Community Activities.
(d) The senior transportation driver’s compensation shall be determined from time to time by Council and established in the Village of Jefferson’s Wage Ordinance.
