(a) The position of Assistant Director and Program Coordinator is hereby established.
(b) The Assistant Director and Program Coordinator shall be responsible for the promotion, organization and implementation of the day to day youth and adult programs of the recreational programs and other duties as more specifically described in the job description for this position. The Assistant Director also acts as Supervisor of Recreation, Parks and Community Activities when the Director is absent.
(c) The Assistant Director and Program Coordinator shall operate under the direct supervision and control of the Supervisor of Recreation, Parks and Community Activities.
(d) The Assistant Director’s compensation shall be determined from time to time by Council and established in the Village of Jefferson’s Wage Ordinance.
