§ 234.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF POSITION; TERM OF OFFICE.

Legal counsel shall be provided for the village and the person and/or law firm retained as such counsel shall be known as the Solicitor as provided for under R.C. § 733.48. Such Solicitor shall be retained by Council for a period not exceeding two years.
