GENERAL CODE PROVISIONS
90.20 WATER SUPPLY.
The City does not guarantee a constant supply of water to any customer and shall not be liable for failure to supply the same. The City may limit the use of water in the event of an emergency wherein the supply of water is limited or needed to meet the emergency.
