(a) All services performed under this article shall be invoiced and paid in accordance with the maximum allowable DPS contract rate schedule for a metro area. Rates shall be set at the current rates as of the date of the tow.
(b) Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary in this article or the DPS contract rate schedule, no storage charge shall be incurred for the first seventy-two (72) hours of storage.
(c) For the purpose of determining after-hours charges, after-hours shall be outside the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Saturday and all day Sunday.
