The director is authorized to establish and maintain special golf rates/green fees at discounted rates (for example, discounted rates for seniors, military, youth, etc.), subject to the approval by the mayor and council of these special rates/fees. Any approved special golf rates/green fees will be included in the fee schedules and maintained by the city clerk and the director of parks and recreation for public view and inspection.
