Accessory uses are as follows:
(b) Storage sheds not to exceed 200 square feet. Such storage sheds shall maintain setbacks as established in Chapter 1139. Any structure over 200 square feet shall be deemed a principal structure for the purpose of these regulations.
(c) Collection stations for recyclable material, provided such stations are approved by the Site Plan Review Committee and located in such a manner that does not interfere with traffic, pedestrian travel and parking, and is maintained in a safe, sanitary and neat manner.

Accessory uses are as follows:
(a) Other uses and structures customarily accessory and incidental to a permitted principal use subject to authorization by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
(b) Above ground propane storage tanks for the storage of fuel for motor vehicles used by the firm. The storage tanks shall conform to all setback regulations as a principal structure and shall be enclosed in fencing not less than six feet in height and shall have safety features including, but not limited to, control of power to the tanks from the inside of the building, locking gates to the tanks, and telephone number of parties responsible for the tanks posted in an area visible to the public.
