In all residential districts, the following buildings may be erected upon approval of the Site Plan Review Committee:
• Telephone exchange buildings;
• Electrical distribution substation without rotary machinery;
• Electrical conductor transmission tower;
• Gas regulating stations;
provided the buildings erected are landscaped and in keeping with the buildings of the neighborhood, as determined by the Site Plan Review Committee.
