The City is hereby divided into zone districts which are declared to be a part of this Zoning Ordinance and shall be known as Standard Districts and Planned Districts:

(a) The official Zoning Map, as defined by Chapter 1131 shall be identified by the signature of the Zoning Inspector and attested by the Clerk of Council, together with the date of the adoption of this Zoning Ordinance.
(b) If, in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance and Ohio R.C. Chapter 713, changes are made in district boundaries or other matters portrayed on the Zoning Map, such changes shall be duly noted on the Zoning Map no later than thirty days after the effective date of the amendment.
(c) No changes of any nature shall be made in the Zoning Map or matter shown thereon except in conformity with the procedures set forth in this Zoning Ordinance.
(d) Regardless of the existence of purported copies of the Zoning Map, which may from time to time be made or published, the Zoning Map shall be located in the office of the Zoning Inspector who shall be the final authority as to the current zoning status.
