1172.01 Applications.
The General Development Plan (GDP) for a lot or combination of lots within a Target Investment Zone (TIZ) shall include the submission requirements as set forth herein and shall be considered and approved as a Site Plan. Each lot or combination of lots within the General Development Plan shall be developed in accordance with an approved Site Plan. The proposed Site Plan for any lot or combination of lots shall be in the level of detail necessary to demonstrate compliance with the General Development Plan for the area submitted by the Applicant.
The following are general procedural requirements for development applications within a TIZ.
