1158.01 Open space.
The following bulk and area requirements shall apply to all new developments within the HOFV District. Modifications to these requirements may be established and approved on the General Development Plan by the Commission (and Council) if the applicant demonstrates that any negative impacts of the modifications are sufficiently mitigated and they would not adversely impact public health, safety, and welfare.
