EDITOR'S NOTE: Council by Ordinance 100-61, passed June 5, 1961, has enacted platting rules and regulations governing subdivisions within the City and outside the City but within three miles of the corporate limits as authorized by Ohio R.C. 711.09. Such rules and regulations are not codified herein since new subdivision regulations are contemplated being enacted in the near future. Copies of the existing rules and regulations may be examined in the office of the City Engineer.
