Editor's note: The City executes labor agreements from time to time with the Avon Lake Municipal Employees Association, which agreements provide for wages, benefits and conditions of employment for personnel in the Service and Municipal Utilities Departments. The City executes similar agreements with recognized representatives of Police and Fire Department personnel. The provisions of this chapter, therefore, apply only to those officers and employees of the City, and to those subjects, not otherwise provided for in such agreements. Copies of the latest relevant legislation and of such agreements may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
