No parking is allowed on the north side of all east-west streets and on the east side of all north-south streets within the City, except as hereinafter provided:
1. Exceptions. Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, parking is prohibited in the following locations, but permitted along the curb opposite such locations, as follows:
A. On the south side of Northwest Pine Street from Southwest 10th to Northwest Abilene;
B. On the south side of Northwest 10th Street from Northwest Beechwood to Northwest State Street;

3. Exceptions. Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, parking is authorized or prohibited along certain streets as hereinafter set forth:
A. Southwest 2nd Street. Parallel parking is permitted on the north side of Southwest 2nd Street between Southwest Cherry and Southwest Walnut for a maximum time limit of four hours anytime during the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays.
B. Southwest Walnut Street. Parallel parking is permitted on the east side of Southwest Walnut Street between West 1st and Southwest 2nd for a maximum time limit of four hours anytime during the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays.
4. Exception – Southwest Ordnance Road. Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the parking of motor vehicles on Southwest Ordnance Road is authorized or prohibited as hereinafter provided:
A. The parking of motor vehicles is prohibited on both sides of Southwest Ordnance Road from Highway 69 (South Ankeny Blvd.) to Southwest Walnut Street.
B. The parking of motor vehicles is authorized on the north side of Southwest Ordnance Road from Southwest Walnut Street west to Southwest Westview Drive.
C. The parking of motor vehicles is prohibited on the south side of Southwest Ordnance Road from Southwest Walnut Street west to Southwest Westview Drive.
D. The parking of motor vehicles is prohibited on both sides of Southwest Ordnance Road from Southwest Westview Drive to Southwest State Street.
